Saham Dow Jones Industrial Average naik 90 poin, atau 0,3%, pada 34.533. S&P 500 turun 29 poin, atau 0,3%, menjadi 4.452. Nasdaq Composite turun 138 poin, atau 1%, menjadi 13,734.

Nasdaq berada di jalur untuk memperpanjang penurunan beruntunnya menjadi empat hari, sementara S&P 500 menuju penurunan beruntun ketiga.

Imbal hasil (yield) Treasury melemah pada hari Kamis, namun telah meningkat pada pekan ini karena data ekonomi AS yang kuat. Dolar terus menguat, dengan Indeks Dolar AS ICE naik 0,1%.
